About Us
Vision
BriceHouse Starboard, LLC creates the standard for sustainable, responsible real estate development.
Since 1978, we have been developing innovative real estate projects through private and public/private partnerships with public
entities and redevelopment agencies. We are committed to the creation of sustainable and architecturally responsible development in both urban and suburban environments.
Specifically, BriceHouse Starboard has been heavily involved in transit-oriented development for over two decades. In today’s rapidly evolving financial and cultural
landscapes, BriceHouse Starboard is uniquely poised to create real estate projects that combine the best of architecture, transit-oriented plans, mixed-use, and community.
As our expertise continues to grow and as the real estate market constantly evolves, we remain committed to our steadfast vision: exceptional real estate development that benefits an entire community.

Jared Bradley - Development Partner
Jared Bradley is an accomplished licensed architect with an extensive background in large-scale development and architecture. His past projects include orchestrating and managing one
